I am the Potenza Yoga Coach and Director! I have a passion for both numbers and sports and hope to combine those in my career in the future! I received my 200 RYT certification in Spring of 2018 and have been teaching every week since! I believe every person can benefit from both the physical and mental benefits of yoga! See you in class!
The goal with yoga is active recovery. We are a firm believer that flexibility decreases your chance of being injured and no athlete wants to be injured. In the last few years' yoga has become an important part of many D1 teams weekly workouts as well as in professional sports. I plan to help each Potenza Sport athletes learn how too effectively increase flexibility, strength, and balance with just their own body weight! s.
